Refund & Returns Policy

At Freedom Youth AU, we are committed to supporting young lives through our programs. All proceeds from product sales directly fund youth mental health and suicide-prevention initiatives.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase is:

– Faulty or damaged
– Not fit for its intended purpose
– Significantly different from the description or sample

This applies regardless of any “no refund” policy.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with ACL.

3. Non-Faulty Items

For non-faulty items purchased to support Freedom Youth AU programs, refunds or exchanges may not be available. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before purchasing.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us with the following details:

– Order number
– Details of the item(s) and the issue
– Photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

5. Processing Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the transaction to appear in your account.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the product was faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless instructed otherwise.
